Oscietra Imperial Caviar


Oscietra Imperial caviar comes from the Russian sturgeon. An ancient species that originates from Black Sea, Caspian Sea and the Azov Sea. Magnatum's Oscietra Imperial originates from the Chinese sturgeon. The difference is mostly in the texture. Oscietra Imperial has a bit firmer texture and a stronger taste - for people who appreciate Oscietra taste.

The Chinses sturgeon is a medium-sized fish that weighs around 20-50 kg. Caviar colour is dark green. Eggs are large, 3.0-3.2 millimetres. It takes on average between 8-13 years to extract this precious caviar. Many consider Oscietra caviar to be the most refined one.
