Magnatum
Oscietra Royal Caviar
Oscietra Royal caviar comes from the Russian sturgeon, an ancient species originally native to the Black Sea, the Caspian Sea and the Azov Sea. Magnatum's Oscietra Royal originates from a mountain lake in Bulgaria. It is a medium-sized fish that can weight from 20-50 kg providing a poppy and slightly nutty caviar with colouring that ranges from dark green to beige for Classic caviar. The eggs are large with a size of 2.9-3.4 millimetres for Royal and 2.9-3.2 milometers for the Classic. On average it takes between 8-13 years to get this precious caviar. Many consider Oscietra caviar to be the most refined caviar.
