Oscietra Classic caviar comes from the Russian sturgeon, an ancient species that originally belonged to the Black Sea, the Caspian Sea and the Azov Sea. Magnatum's Oscietra Classic originates from a mountain lake in Bulgaria. The sturgeon is a medium-sized fish that weighs 20-50 kg. The sturgeon's caviar is popping with a nutty taste. The color can vary from dark brown to beige. The eggs are large with a size of 2.9-3.2 millimeters. It takes on average between 7-13 years to get this precious caviar. Many consider Oscietra caviar to be the most refined caviar.
