Risotto Recipe with Fresh Black Truffle:
Ingredients:
- 300g Truffle Rice - Riso Al Tartufo (from your Risotto Pack)
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 100ml dry white wine
- 1L chicken or vegetable stock (warm)
- 30g Fresh Black Winter Truffle (from your Risotto Pack)
- 50g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:

Sauté the Aromatics: In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened and translucent.
